1 carrot shredded
2 garlic cloves finally minced or pressed
1 tablespoon agave or honey
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
fresh ground pepper
1 teaspoon Montreal steak seasoning my McCormick
